Eight new trainees start their professional future at AIP in Haldenwang
On September 1st, 2025, eight new trainees began their careers as industrial mechanics, mechatronics engineers, IT specialists, and industrial clerks at AIP GmbH & Co. KG in Haldenwang. With this move, AIP is once again investing specifically in the skilled workers of tomorrow and strengthening its own next generation of talent in the long term.
After getting to know each other in detail, the first few days of training included an action day with various team-building activities. The aim was to give the new trainees a successful start and to promote team spirit right from the outset.
AIP creates the ideal conditions for a sound, varied, and practical training program for its 24 trainees. In addition to a modern training workshop and dedicated, competent instructors, the trainees also benefit from intensive support in the individual specialist departments. There, they come into contact at an early stage with the innovative AIP products from the field of vehicle testing technology, which have been trusted by renowned vehicle manufacturers worldwide for many years.
